David Bolton, founder of Bolton & Associates LLC, was a Manufacturing Engineer for General Motors and spent over 30 years contributing to the success of their global gear manufacturing operations.
During these years, he has specialized in the start-up of new factories for building automatic transmissions, primarily as Lead Manufacturing Engineer for Gears, Shafts and Planetary Carriers.
These new sites include locations in South Korea, China and Mexico, as well as the United States.
This international experience has led to a wealth of knowledge about who are the "best of the best" people for resolving manufacturing problems.
Today, these folks are the "associates" in Bolton & Associates LLC.
